UrbanVolt’s Solar as a Service (SoLaaS) was introduced to help companies start their journey to energy independence.

We offer long term PPA agreements which means you hare protected for decades to come. You get all the power from your own roof and we take care of all installation, operational and maintenance costs. Previously only available to large multinationals, UrbanVolt has made the power of PPA’s available to businesses of all sizes.

We remove all risk and stress allowing you to continue to focus on your business.

+ Let’s get straight to it. How is UrbanVolt paid?

You will generate a substantial amount of renewable energy from your roof and UrbanVolt is paid for that through a fixed monthly fee. Payment commences one month after your installation is complete.

+ Is this a lease?

This is not a lease. There are absolutely no interest charges embedded in our service fees and our offering is completely off-balance sheet for your company, so it won’t impact your financial covenants or borrowing capacity in the future.

+ What is UrbanVolt’s responsibility?

Our responsibility is to source, design, fund & install a fully operational solar system on your roof as well as maintaining the system for the duration of the agreement.

+ What happens at the end of the agreement?

That’s up to you. You can decide to renew or terminate the agreement.
