We install new energy efficient LED lighting in your business at no upfront cost. You just pay us a monthly fee for use of the lighting we install and maintain.

The Light as a Service Agreement is structured as a service charge, not a lease, meaning it doesn’t affect your balance sheet, and won’t impact your financial covenants or borrowing capacity. Zero capital expenditure is required, and the all-inclusive service charge begins one month after the installation is complete. The installation is fully managed, your light levels are improved to industry-specific standards, you will reduce your energy consumption, and the project will be net cash generative from the first month.

For peace of mind, we retain ownership and all the associated risks of the lighting equipment over the initial five-year service period. We also take responsibility for all maintenance and expense associated with the lighting equipment for the duration of the five year agreement, including insurance. At the end, we give you the option to either extend the agreement at a reduced service charge or end the agreement at no cost.
