Key Responsibilities

Project Management 

  • Managing multiple projects, from project introduction through to completion

  • Dealing with inbound leads and then converting these to new business

  • Where required, visiting projects with our installation partners and designers to assess project requirements

  • Planning and scheduling installations with our partners and clients to ensure the agreed timeline is met with minimum impact to our clients business

  • Monitoring and Managing project performance within budgets and tracking changes to project costs

  • Troubleshooting any issues which may arise during projects

  • Main point of contact for clients and installers for company projects

  • Build and maintain close relationships with key clients

  • Sourcing and developing installation partners

  • Continuing to build on Project Management processes and procedures

Supply Chain

  • Managing the design plans and product specifications from our suppliers

  • Developing an in depth understanding of our products and offerings

  • Following orders through manufacture to delivery

  • Point of contact for our suppliers and installers

  • Generating reports on anticipated costs for finance department

  • Sourcing, testing and rolling out productivity improvement tools


Education/Experience Required

  • Degree educated in Supply Chain Management or similar

  • Proven background in dealing with multiple projects

  • Strong IT skills


  • Some background in electrics or lighting 

  • Project Management Accreditation

  • A second language, preferably German

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Customer and results orientated
