With UrbanVolt’s Light as a Service, you get more than just an updated facility.

We don’t just install your lights and walk away. We take full responsibility for them for the duration of our agreement, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.

As part of our Installation and Maintenance Agreement, UrbanVolt promise to replace any faulty fittings within 30 days of notification. No questions asked, no excuses needed, no extra cost.

If we don’t fulfill our promise and see to the issue within the 30 day period, you can postpone that month’s service charge until the problem has been resolved. We are confident, given the very low failure rate of our fittings, that this will never be an issue.

That’s just another way that we keep things simple and transparent for our clients.
